Due to this wise investment strategy Kwila Insurance Corporation Ltd now owns more than 120 residential apartments and 3 commercial properties in Port Moresby , Kokopo and Lae.
The value of these properties surpasses 100 million kina. None of these properties has any outstanding loan or mortgage against their value.
Rental income from these investment properties is quite substantial and ensures Kwila’s cash flow and viability for years to come.
Kwila’s residential properties are looked after by Century 21 in Port Moresby. The commercial properties are managed by Kwila’s own team at Ori Lavi Haus , Boroko.
